Private reference photos JPEG, PNG or WebP. Up to 4 files, 8 MB each. Accepted images are re-encoded before private storage to remove embedded metadata such as EXIF/GPS.

Item-only photos: Please upload photos of the item only. Do not include children or other people, faces, names, addresses, school information, documents, screens, licence plates, or other identifying information.

These photos are private, reference-only images used to help staff understand or identify the item. They are not automatically published or shared with donors, volunteers, partners or the public.

Normal matching and receiving work does not require staff to know who your family is. Your email is stored separately from the item description and is not shown publicly.
